Data Deletion Instructions for Brasov Heroes Facebook App

Brasov Heroes Facebook App is an internal tool used to manage the Facebook Page for Brasov Heroes. We do not hold user data long-term, but we respect your right to your data.
If you have interacted with our Facebook Page and wish to have your data removed from our systems, or if you want to revoke our app’s connection to your account, you have two options:
Option 1: Remove Access via Facebook (Recommended)
You can completely remove our app’s authorization to access your Facebook account data at any time through your own Facebook settings.
Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy.
Click on Settings.
Navigate to Apps and Websites (this may be under “Security and Login” or “Permissions” depending on your device).
Find Brasov Heroes Facebook App in the list of active apps.
Click Remove.
Option 2: Request Manual Data Deletion from Us
If you want to ensure that any historical engagement data (such as cached comments or mentions) is completely wiped from our internal management systems, you can request manual deletion.
Send an email to contact@asperitas-solutions.com.
Include the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
Provide your Facebook profile name or the exact URL of the comment/post you interacted with on our Page so we can locate your record.
Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete any associated data from our servers and internal tools within 7 business days, and send you a confirmation email once complete.
