Rilvo Coworker is Asperitas’s own product: the private digital coworker for SMEs. Rilvo is a managed service that helps SMEs with recurring operational work, with clear approvals, tracked tasks and human support.
Within agreed boundaries, Rilvo takes on drafts, quotes and follow-ups, deadlines and reminders, documents and lists, and incoming requests. It reports what is done and what is still open. When it is unsure, it proposes one or two options, and it asks for confirmation before anything important or irreversible.
It works in Telegram, Slack and Discord, with Microsoft Teams in development. It runs in a private environment hosted in Europe, with minimal permissions. The price is €249/month + VAT, with human support included.
